What you will do: 
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Hubspot Marketing to develop and lead the management and execution of our digital marketing strategies, with a specific focus on leveraging HubSpot for automation, lead generation, and campaign management. 
You will manage a team of HubSpot specialists while driving the integration of HubSpot across SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing strategies internationally. This is a leadership role requiring significant experience in marketing operations, team management, and strategic oversight to align global marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- HubSpot Platform Ownership
- Own the configuration, optimization, and management of the HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub for marketing automation, lead nurturing, and data integration.
  • Develop, automate, and monitor workflows, email marketing, segmentation, and lead scoring systems to increase efficiency and drive personalized communication.
  • Regularly audit HubSpot for data accuracy, ensuring seamless lead tracking and marketing analytics.
  • SEO & SEM Strategy Leadership
    • Lead collaboration with external SEO teams to align strategies, optimize content, and track results.
    • Oversee the management of SEM campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising, with a focus on optimizing keyword strategies, bid management, and conversion tracking.
    • Develop and implement landing pages and conversion-optimized assets to drive lead generation.
  • Social Media Strategy & Management
    • Assist the social media team to execute campaigns across platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize engagement, content performance, and social campaign effectiveness.
  • Content Creation & Optimization
    • Lead the development and optimization of high-quality content across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with SEO and conversion goals.
    • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels, while optimizing content to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Manage, mentor, and develop an internal HubSpot team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment and establishing best practices.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing and overall business objectives.
  • Marketing Analytics & Reporting
    • Leverage tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot reporting to track and optimize marketing performance.
    • Provide actionable insights through regular performance reports and dashboards, driving continuous improvement across marketing campaigns.
How you will grab our attention: 
  • Proven ability to manage complex digital marketing projects and multi-channel campaigns: Demonstrated experience overseeing large-scale marketing initiatives, driving measurable results across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in HubSpot configuration, automation, and lead management: Deep understanding of HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM, including the setup of automated workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and audience segmentation. Experience managing HubSpot's sales and marketing pipelines for optimal performance.
  • UX/UI Design & Theme Customization in HubSpot: Expertise in designing user-friendly interfaces and improving the user experience (UX) within HubSpot. Proven ability to work with HubSpot themes, customize templates, and create responsive landing pages that align with brand standards and drive conversion.
  • Experience in SEO, SEM, and paid advertising: Ability to execute and optimize SEO and SEM strategies, including Google Ads and social media advertising. Experience with keyword research, bid management, A/B testing, and performance optimization to maximize ROI.
  • Strong project management skills: Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple tasks, and ensure that project milestones are met. Experience with project management tools like Monday.com, Trello, or Holaspirit is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills: Able to communicate effectively across teams and levels, providing clarity on marketing strategies, performance reports, and project timelines. Skilled at managing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with analytics tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar tools to track and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and SEO metrics. Ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies.
  • Experience in theme development and design optimization: Ability to work with HubSpot’s theme framework, optimizing and customizing themes to enhance the user journey, website aesthetics, and lead generation capabilities.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and content management systems: Understanding of HTML, CSS, and the ability to edit and customize HubSpot modules, forms, and emails. Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress or HubSpot’s CMS Hub is a plus.
  • Collaboration and leadership: Experience fostering collaboration within marketing teams and cross-functional departments, including design, content, and development teams. Skilled at creating a positive, high-performance team environment.
  • Data-driven decision-making: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and improve user experience across marketing channels.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing operations, with a focus on marketing automation, lead generation, and strategy development.
  • Minimum of 4 years leading and managing teams within a marketing organization, with a demonstrated ability to develop talent and drive high-impact digital marketing initiatives.
  • Extensive experience with HubSpot management, including at least 4 years of hands-on leadership in the platform’s implementation, optimization, and integration; HubSpot certifications preferred.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, and advanced marketing automation tools, with a proven track record of designing and executing complex lead generation strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating large-scale digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
